Can you convert my 8mm cine films to DVD? |

No, sorry. We do not provide that service at this time. We currently convert: miniDV, VHS, SVHS, VHSC & 8mm camcorder tapes to DVD. |

How much work goes into each DVD? |
|
|
As much as required. Each photo is optimised, each video optimised and edited to fit into your chosen theme. Titles created, graphics added, cases designed and DVDs created. However, we are confident that we can produce your DVD within two weeks. |

How long will my DVD be? |

That depends on how much material you give us. If you want a DVD that lasts an hour and half we must be provided with at least an hour and half of material to use. |

What if all my material lasts over an hour and half? |
|
|
If you require all your material; both photos and videos then we will produce two DVDs. (Each DVD charged seperately). |

Will the DVD play on any home DVD player? |

Yes. We record on both DVD-R and DVD+R which are totally compatible with today's DVD players. |

Do I have to include photos on the DVD? |

It is entirely up to you. You decide how you want your DVD to look. If you just want videos on your DVD then mark the video only DVD box on the order form. |

Some of my photos are damaged. Can you fix them? |
|

Yes. We can fix damaged photographs for just £2.50 per photo. |

How many photos can I fit on a DVD? |
|
|
|
|
|
Each photo displays between 4 and 10 seconds. For a simple photo montage DVD - which can be upto 1hour and half, you can display between 540 to 1350 photographs. Please ensure time for captions and messages etc. Thus we would ask you to provide no more than 1,000 photographs. |

Can I scan my own photos and send you the digital images? |

Yes. Please scan photos at a resolution of at least 300dpi or larger if possible. |

No problem. Email us, stating that you cannot print the order form. Include your address and we'll print one off and post it to you. |

Can I order extra copies? |

Sure. Tick the box on the order form and state how many you would like. The price is just £4.99 per extra copy. |

Are the DVDs region coded and copy protected? |
|
|
|
|
|
No. The DVDs are region 0, thus will play on any PAL DVD player around the world and the DVDs are not copy protected, meaning you can make your own copies if you would like. |

Can you make NTSC compatible DVDs for my relatives in America? |
|
|

Sure. If you state that you would like an NTSC DVD in the extra notes order form, we will create one for you. We can also produce extra copies in either PAL or NTSC. |
